Coming Spring of 2023, Front Entrance Marquees to enhance the visual appearance and welcome visitors to The Estates of Keever Creek.
According to the City of Lebanon, Trick or Treat will be Monday, October 31, 2022 from 5:30-7:30pm.
The HOA Board would like to address the current situation with our lawn care at the front of the neighborhood. We understand the frustration and concern on the current condition and we are working with our service provider to be certain the lawn is in excellent condition by the weekend. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had delays in service and the provider has assured the HOA Board that disruptions in service have been addressed. Thank you to those who have reached out to the HOA Board offering assistance.
Only two letters of intent were received before the due date. According to Section 5.01 of the bylaws, the Board can only operate with three or five members; we are hoping someone will be nominated from the floor. If there are no nominations from the floor, the election will only be held for one position.
The Board has received letters of intent from the following homeowners:
Chad Timms
Dewayne Koger

The Board hopes that all residents enjoyed their holiday season and wanted to provide a few updates:
The Board created a mailbox page where homeowners can get information if they need to order replacement parts or have service performed on their mailbox.
In late November 2021, the Board approved the Landscape Committee to replace 3 trees at the Front Entrance with 5ft Norway Spruces. The Norway Spruce trees are better suited for the soil and climate. The Landscape Committee advised that the Board be prepared to replace 4-6 additional trees in the next year or two as the original trees continue to die off.
The Board has also approved the Landscape Committee to perform a Fall/Winter cleanup. As part of this the grasses will be cut and split at both islands and river rock will be placed around the light poles at the front entrance and the trees in front of the pond. The river rock should stay in place better than the mulch. The final part of this cleanup project is to fill in the low spots and place boulders around the front island. This should deter vehicles from driving off the road and making a mess of the entrance.
The Board purchased several sets of solar powered Christmas lights to decorate the entrance for the holiday season. We hope to do larger displays in the future.
The All Owner meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, February 27 at 1pm at the Turtlecreek Township Administration Building (670 N. State Route 123 Lebanon, OH 45036). Turtlecreek Township does not allow food to be brought into the meeting, but they do allow water. The meeting will review updates from each committee, discuss electronic voting companies, determine if there is interest in a property management company for the neighborhood and then hold the election.
We have three (3) Trustee positions that are up for re-election, the Board encourages any resident interested in serving as a Trustee to send a letter of intent to keevercreekhoa@gmail.com by 2/25/2022. Letters of Intent will be posted below as they are received.
Click here to download the proxy form, which allows another homeowner to vote on your behalf.
The Board has adopted a Voting Policy to ensure that all of our elections are conducted with integrity and consistently each year.
