Hello Neighbors, back to school season is in full swing! The Board wanted to post a few friendly reminders.
We have seen an increase in dog droppings not being cleaned up throughout the neighborhood. Please be a good neighbor and cleanup after your pets.
We also wanted to remind everyone that according to section 10.9 of the CCR's - any sign (except for a For Sale sign) are not permitted in public view, this includes your front yard, windows, attached to your home, etc. If you have a sign displayed, we kindly ask that you remove it from view.
We ask that residents to be cautious while driving through the neighborhood. Children will be walking to and waiting for the school bus at following intersections:
Keever Pass and Oxon Pass
Keever Pass and Eli's Pass
Eli's Pass and Noah's Run
If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know, stay safe everyone!
The 4th of July, Independence Day is right around the corner. The Board does not have an official policy regarding fireworks in the neighborhood. Before setting off fireworks, we are recommending that you speak to your neighbors to make sure there are no objections due to PTSD, pets, kids, etc. It's the neighborly thing to do! We also ask that you keep in mind the timeframe that you are setting off your fireworks. Some neighbors may have to work the next day and children need their sleep. Enjoy the 4th of July with your family and friends. Be Safe!
As summer arrives and we all start to spend more time outside, we wanted to remind everyone to be a good neighbor and cleanup after your pets. Have a wonderful summer and stay safe!

Happy Spring residents! Many neighbors have posed some good questions around CCR guidelines and making improvements to their property. The Board put together a list of FAQs and encourage everyone to review them and Contact Us with any questions that you may have.
Greetings fellow residents. I'd like to take a quick opportunity to wish my best to everyone during these interesting times. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that if anyone needs anything, please just ask. We have such a great community here that there's no where else where I'd rather weather this storm. Stay safe my friends!
