The annual homeowner meeting will be held in-person, this Sunday February 23, 2025 at 1:00PM. The meeting will be held at the Turtlecreek Township Administration Building (670 N. State Route 123 Lebanon, OH 45036). At this time we have recieved two letters of intent:

My name is Kathy Scholl and this is a letter of intent for the Trustee-at-Large position. I currently hold this position. My husband and I moved to the neighborhood close to 10 years ago. I became involved with the Landscape committee when the home owners took over the HOA. I retired 8 years ago as an Accounting Admin for 30 years. My interest in this position reflects my commitment to keeping our community and our property values strong. When the weather is nice, I'm usually out walking or riding my bike, when I'm not playing golf. Thank you for your consideration.

I am writing to express my intent to continue serving on the Homeowners Association Board for the Estates of Keever Creek. It has been a privilege to work alongside dedicated individuals committed to enhancing our community.
During my previous term, I have actively participated in various initiatives aimed at improving our neighborhood's aesthetics, safety, and community events. I take pride in our neighborhood, particularly in fostering a sense of community spirit and engagement among residents.
As I seek to serve an additional term, I remain passionate about addressing the concerns of our homeowners and initiating projects that benefit us all. I believe my experience and dedication will continue to make a positive impact for all homeowners.

Concerns were brought regarding the Wawa gas station that is being built at the intersection of 63 and 741. The board reached out to the County Administrator and received the following information:
There is a requirement to maintain a conservation area that is 17.8 acres of woods separating the Wawa from the homes. Some of the tree buffers are almost a football field long, ranging from over 100 feet to 300 feet.

Please accept this letter as my desire to continue to serve on the HOA board for another two year term to fill one of the 3 open positions.
I live at 3684 Keever Pass since September 2016 with my wife of 32 years Amy. We have two grown daughters who are married and live in the area.
I’m currently the group vice president at Caruso which is located in Sharonville. I also worked Kroger for 34 years in a variety of operational roles in their corporate office before my early retirement in 2021.
I have enjoyed our community and the many personal relationships I have developed.

During my previous term, the Board began a few community improvement projects.
The first, entrance signs, have been completed. I would like the opportunity to see

from Lebanon High school. In addition to serving on our Board, my family and I are
canine fosters for an animal rescue.

We have three (3) Trustee positions that are up for re-election.
