At the all member meeting, there were three open board positions. Barbara was the only person to run for re-election. This forced the board to operate as a board of three, per our by-laws. After the meeting Brenda Haselwood (who was unable to attend), offered to take on the treasure position. The board appointed Brenda as an interim treasure, until the next election. In order to operate as a board of five, Mary Tussey was appointed as an interim trustee-at-large, until the next election.
At the all member meeting a homeowner asked about how long we had to pay for the turn lane. After some inquiry, the board discovered that homeowners began payment in 2019. The agreement was for 20 years, so payment will continue through 2038.
The board also inquired about the repaving of our streets. Our roads were recently rated at a seven and they will not be repaved until they reach a level 0, based on the county scale. Typically roads reduce one level each year and they repave around a level 3. They estimated we will be repaved in about 5 years.

The annual homeowner meeting will be held in-person, Sunday February 22, 2026 at 1:00PM. The meeting will be held at the Turtlecreek Township Administration Building (670 N. State Route 123 Lebanon, OH 45036). At this time we have recieved one letter of intent:
Fellow Homeowners,
My name is Barbara Murphy and I am seeking re-election to our Homeowner Association Board.
My husband Kevin, our daughters Meaghan and Erin and our dog Finch have been at 193 Oxon Pass since 2013.
Over the past term I've helped address maintenance and improvement needs, as well as supported decisions that protect our property values.
It would be a privilege to continue serving our neighborhood.
Sincerely,
Barbara Murphy
